Defining Service Excellence in Real Estate

Made possible with funding from the Alberta Real Estate Foundation, AREA has embarked on a mission to improve the industry's understanding of true professional excellence.

Through research firm InsightsWest, AREA polled more than 1000 consumers, and 500 REALTORS^® - using direction pulled from consumer focus group and key stakeholder interviews - to gather a statistically relevant benchmark of current perceptions on our industry. These findings will be used to develop a set of applicable, measurable, and attainable standards of professional excellence for every Alberta REALTOR^®.

Throughout the summer, we will be engaging with members throughout the province to share these research insights, using valuable REALTOR^® input and feedback to solidify these new standards. These standards will then form the basis of member training tools geared towards achieving and maintaining professional excellence.
