Finally the final recording is provided to us by the CRTC themselves. Dana-Lynn Wood and Cristina Beck speak with us from Ottawa to chat about the DNCL in general, specifically to REALTORS^® and what you can do to protect yourself and the consumers whom you are interacting with.
